Egg omelette with deep fried crunchy sweet potatoes

Cube onions, tomatoes, and Bell peppers into small pieces

Beat eggs and add the cubed vegetables

Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cayenne, salt and mix all ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan until hot and add the mixture, stir until ready

Cube the boiled sweetie potatoes and in a separate pan heat oil
- 6
Deep fry the cubed sweet potatoes and serve hot with a cup of hot tea.
