“NASI GORENG KAMPUNG” is a typical kind of fried rice from the Riau Islands. It's also commonly found in Malaysia, because the people are still the same Malay family. Brown fried rice

This recipe was the first fried rice recipe I tried since when I was about 15years old I enjoyed it so I felt I should share the recipe with my community here. I've tried other methods but for me this is the most convenient method. #kadunastate

Bean sprouts would be a great addition! I couldn't give measurements for the spices because I like my food very spicy. Also, apparently the keys to a good fried rice are: using cold rice and cooking with butter
