2 cupbesan
1 cupghee
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupkhoya
small amount water

Steps

Start cook to besan in ghee till it start to leave pan edges,now mix khoya and keep aside
2

Make 2 string sugar syrup by adding sugar and water together,add besan mix and pour on greased plate and set it for 2 hours,niw cut in shape
