Bhel ussal (mixed sprouts)

Soak the sprouts overnight wash it and keep it aside

In a mixer jar add 1 chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chillies, cumin seeds, corinder leaves and black peppercorn and grind it into a fine paste

In a pan add oil, onion and saute till it changes the colour then add tomato and add salt and cook for a while then add grinded paste and in a low flame let it cook till it leaves oil.. then add sprouts and water and cook in a low flame till sprouts get cooked.. you can use it as a sabzi to eat with roti and rice or even you can use this sabzi for misal pav as well jst add more water for that gravy texture..
