
Deep Fried Chicken Wontons

In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil, add the chicken pieces and 3 tablespoons of hot sauce and cook until chicken is well done.

Transfer chicken to a bowl, add the cheese and 3 tablespoons of hot sauce. Mix well.

Flour a working surface and lay the wrappers on it. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mix in the middle of each wrapper and fold over diagonally to form a large triangle. Seal the edges well by pressing on them.

Place the beaten eggs in a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of hot sauce. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and balck pepper.

Brush each wonton with the egg mixture then dip into the breadcrumb mix to coat entirely. Deep-fry in the oil for a few minutes until golden and crispy.

Remove from oil, drain onto paper towels and serve hot.
