  1. 100 gpears, cut into small pieces
  2. 100 gapples, cut into small pieces
  3. 100 gkiwis, cut into small pieces
  4. 100 gpineapples, cut into small pieces
  5. 100 gbananas, cut into small pieces
  6. 300 gricotta cheese, or ariche
  7. 1 juice of 1 orange
  8. 30 graisins, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes and drained
  9. 40 gpowdered sugar
  10. 4 lady finger biscuit, crumbled with a spoon

    Divide the biscuits among 4 small serving bowls and wet them with orange juice. Make sure not to use all of the juice.

  2. 2

    Place the ricotta cheese in a bowl and mix until it becomes creamy and fluffy. Then add in the sugar and combine well.

  3. 3

    Add in half of the fresh fruits, the raisins and the remaining orange juice. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Distribute equally the fruits and cheese mixture among the bowls. Then cover with the remaining fruits on top. Refrigerate until serving.

Hello to all the sisters on this site. I live in Kuwait City with my husband; we got married 2 yrs ago.Since I got married, I started learning how to cook from my mom. Before that I used to work full time and I never took the time to cook. I had my mum.. Now that I am home waiting for my first baby, inchallah khair!!!! I spend more time looking for new recipes on the internet and trying them in my kitchen.They don’t come that bad after all!!! I like Kuwaiti specials, but also some international dishes.
