If you’re craving a quick and delicious stir-fry, this Pepper Steak is just what you need! Juicy, tender beef, colorful peppers, and a rich, savory sauce come together in no time. The marinade keeps the beef extra flavorful, and the black pepper gives it just the right kick. It’s super easy to make and perfect over a bowl of rice or noodles. Once you try it, you’ll want to make it again and again! Dandanyummyfood -

Beef Steak Beef Steak
I keep uploading really simple recipes, which is a little embarrassing, so I have decided not to call this a recipe.Although this isn't really a recipe, teaching people how to cook is also very important.Of course the colour of the meat is important, but cooking the meat through to the middle is what will draw out the best flavour.Japanese beef doesn't really get tough, so it's probably better to overcook than to undercook. Pepper Steak Pepper Steak
I remember the first time I tasted Pepper Steak. A lifelong friend of mine was house sitting for one of our neighbors. She promised to cook me dinner if I came over to keep her company. She made Pepper Steak. I thought I had died and went to heaven. It was soooo good! That was about 35 years ago. :-) sandra53 -
