Homemade chocolate cake

Beat above ingredients (eggs, castor sugar, salt and vanilla essence) for about 15min until light and fluffy.

Sift 1 cup of flour. 3 Tspn of baking powder in separate bowl.

On the stove, put 1 cup oil and 3/4 cup water with 3 tablespoons cocoa powder. Mix well and bring to a boil. Now add the flour and cocoa mixture to the egg mixture. Beat until well combined.

Pour into a greased baking tin and bake at 180°C for 30/35 min depending on your oven.

For the topping: 100g milk chocolate. 1 large Bar One chocolate. 1/2 cup Nestle cream. Melt chocolate and then add the nestle cream. Mix till smooth. Spread on the cake until smooth
