Ingredients

50 minutes
4-5 people
  1. 2 1/4 cupsany rice
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 3ripe tomatoes
  4. 2 potatoes
  5. 1/2green capsicum
  6. HandfulFrench beans
  7. 2carrots
  8. Handfulspring onion
  9. 1/2 cupcurd
  10. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  11. 2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 11/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. 3green cardamoms
  14. 3cloves
  15. 1/2 " cinnamon stick
  16. 1 tbspshahjeera / cumin
  17. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  18. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  19. 4 tbspoil
  20. to tasteSalt

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rice in water and chop the veggies in bite size pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in the pan. Add all the whole spices and fry it for a minute. Add onion and fry it.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Add all the chopped veggies. You can choose your own veggies.

  4. 4

    Add curd and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add soaked rice and saute on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Add 5 glasses of water and let the rice cook.

  6. 6

    When water is almost absorbed then add chopped coriander and garam masala powder and lower the flame and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
