Steps

Soak rice in water and chop the veggies in bite size pieces.

Heat oil in the pan. Add all the whole spices and fry it for a minute. Add onion and fry it.

Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Add all the chopped veggies. You can choose your own veggies.

Add curd and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add soaked rice and saute on medium flame.

Add 5 glasses of water and let the rice cook.

When water is almost absorbed then add chopped coriander and garam masala powder and lower the flame and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
