Ingredients

  1. 4 of 85 g eachflavoured jelly packets (mango,orange,Blackcurrent,strawberry)
  2. 15 tsp Creamy jelly of unflavoured gelatin
  3. 1 cancondensed milk
  4. 1 canevaporated milk
  5. 1 cupcream
  6. 3 cupswater
  7. 1/3 cupsugar
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat water and let it boil. Once boiled and evaporated milk., condensed milk, cream and mix well

  2. 2

    Add sugar, gelatin powder slowly. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence. Set it aside to cool down completely. After about 2_3hours of jelly cut them in to small equal cubes. Strain the creamy jelly in to container.

  3. 3

    Take a silicon moulder and add different coloured jellies. Then fill up remaining space with creamy jelly. You can use any other different moulder. Leave it for 4 to 5 hours or overnight to set down.

    Cathedral window jelly dessert is ready to serve!!😊
