Steps

Peel and wash potatoes cut into 2 or 3 wash and keep aside..wash and sliced carrots and keep aside

Put pot on fire and add veg oil when hot add sliced onion and fry

Add tomato paste scotch bonnet and stir allow it to fry for some minutes

Pout water add seasoning salt and curry and cover to boil

When boiling add potatoes and cover until soft (not too soft) then add in sliced carrots

In a bowl add 1 tablespoon of corn flour and water to form a paste
- 7
Add it to the potato gradually until u get desired thickness....bring down and serve
