Ingredients

35 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1 1/2Poha
  • 1ripe Kerala Banana(Nendrapazham)
  • 1 Cupgrated coconut
  • Cashewnuts a few
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 3 TeaspoonsGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble all the ingredients together.Fry Cashew nuts in one teaspoon ghee and add the banana cut into pieces.Stir thoroughly and then add grated coconut.Add one more teaspoon of ghee. After mixing well add jaggery, melted in water and strained to remove impurities

    Keep on stirring till all the ingredients are joined together. A little water can be added to ease the process. Add one more teaspoon of ghee and keep on stirring for five more minutes on medium flame. It is ready once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Remove and serve.
