Soak basmati rice in water for 30-45min

Heat ghee in a pressure Cooker. When oil gets heated add jeera, black pepper corns, cinnamon, cloves and green chilli then add onions. Fry until it become golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt and other dry spices. Add little bit of water too. Mix it well. Cook it for 2 min

Then add well beaten curd and mix it well. When oil starts separating from the gravy add kathal pieces.

Stir it for a 2 min. Flame should be in low medium.

Cook it for like 10 min. Add little bit of water. Stir it for 2 min then add soaked rice. Mix it well and add water.

Rice should be fully cover in water. Don't add more than that. Cook for 1-2 whistle and it's done.
