Ingredients

servings
  • Sauce
  • Put 3c sugar in a sauce pan
  • Add White Vinegar until about an in above the sugar
  • Add 1/2c Soy sauce and simmer until sugar is dissoved
  • Add 1c of Four Roses Bourbon
  • Couscous
  • Pour 2c of couscous in a large bowl
  • Add 1/2c of cranberries, 2cloves of garlic, 1/2c of scallions
  • Add 5c of boiling water and 2T of butter
  • Let sit for about 15 min or until completely absorbed
  • Add s&p to taste,
  • Vegetable Medley
  • Julianne 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper and 1 onion
  • In a hot saute pan add 1T of olive oil and 1clove of garlic
  • Add peppers and onions when garlic is translucent
  • Add 1/3c of white wine and reduce
  • to tasteAdd s&p

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook salmon to medium rare.

  2. 2

    Add bourbon sauce in a saute pan with 4 or five peaches and let boil and thicken.

  3. 3

    Add salmon to the pan and finish salmon.

  4. 4

    Plate over desired starch and veg.

Please update with the cous cous and vegetables medley instructions. Salmon instructions and peach prep would be appreciated. Looks like a great dish to try!
