Steps

First take all the ingredients given.

Then,soaked the soya chunks in water, and drained the water.and squeezed it.next grated the beetroot,and peel the peas.now heat the oil in 2tablespoon of oil.and fry the chopped onion,add turmeric,and chopped green chillies,chopped ginger,and stir for a min.

Next,fry the grated beetroot along with the peas,and saute for a min.

Meanwhile,add the squeezed chunks,and salt,as per taste. Fry for sometime till the soya become soft,and cooked.

Next,add chopped tomato and stir for a min. Can add a little amount of water if required. And cook for sometime.

Cut the capsicum,in a cup type,and roast,or fry a bit to cook the capsicum for filling the stuff. Garnish it with cream and coriander leaves.

Soya stuff capsicum is ready to aerve with rice.
