Boil water and pour to the raw rice, allow to soak for thirty minutes, it'll come out like a parboiled rice.

Boil peas and carrot and keep seperate

Add veg oil to a pan and stir fry the carrot, peas and the rice, add curry in the process.

For the sauce, add oil to a pan and heat, add grated pepper and onion, seasoning and salt, fry.

Serve rice with sauce, and coleslaw if available.
