  • 4 tbsflour
  • 4 tbssugar
  • 2 tbscocoa powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 3 1/2 tbsmilk
  • 1 tbsvegetable oil
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 4 tsppowdered sugar for topping

    Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder

  2. 2

    In the same bowl add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mix well

  3. 3

    Put in a small microwavable bowl but fill only about half way since it rises like crazy

  4. 4

    Put in microwave for 2 min

  5. 5

    Take out let cool for a minute and sprinkle the powdered sugar on top

  6. 6

    Add fruits or hazelnut spread or any other topping if you want. Enjoy
