Add palmoil,and pinch of potash stir and will get a yellow paste.add pepper,sliced onion,salt and ugba with the abacha stir together and ser aside.

Place frying pan on the fire when is well heated pour in crayfish and stir untill is well heated pour in the ugba pour in sliced utazi leaves stir and heat up all together then serve
