Grilled Chicken and Potato Fondant

Marinate chicken for 2 to 4 hours before grilling using white pepper, garlic, salt, knorr chicken and oil.

Grill for 15 mins and set aside.

Pare and wash potato. Shape in to large square. Cut vegetables. Heat pan add oil stir fry veggies. And take out. Place potato on pan and grill all sides. Add chicken stock, curry, salt, white pepper and ginger. Place in the oven and cook for 10 min.

Ensure potato is cooked through.

To plate. Scoop the broth, add the stir fried vegetables, place potatoes and chicken. Garnish and serve.
