Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour dough
  2. 3boiled potatoes
  3. 1green chilli
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 tspsaunf / fennel seeds
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspkasuri methi
  8. 1 tspfinely chopped green coriander
  9. as required oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put mashed potato in a mixing bowl,add spices and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Make balls with the dough,make the puri fill this aloo mixture bind and roll it again.

  3. 3

    Add in hot oil and deep fry till crispy.

  4. 4

    Serve with aloo sabji and tadka raita
