This is my easy last minute breakfast accompaniment. Everyone loves I hope you too❤

Add sugar gradually, whisk till thick

Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk till foamy

Add the cooking oil in bits

Add the flour mixture, this is tte mix if flour, cinnamon, baking powder,salt and baking soda. Sieve this ingredient and mix with a wooden spoon in one direction.

Add the grated carrots and raising maybe nuts too

Pour it in your baking tray and bake for about 30-45 mins at 180°
