Ingredients

3-4 persons
  1. 2 cupsrice soaked overnight
  2. 1 cupgreen moon dal soaked overnight
  3. 1/2 cupwhole soya bean dana
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1small piece of ginger
  6. Chopped coriander leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for roasting the pancakes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl soak soya bean, moong dal.and rice overnight.

  2. 2

    In the morning wash the soya bean mixture and grind it in the mixture jar.

  3. 3

    Also add green chillies and ginger while grinding.

  4. 4

    Add chopped coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste.

  6. 6

    In a griddle, spread little oil and spread a spoonful of the soya bean mixture. Roast it on one side and turn and roast it on the other side.

  7. 7

    Serve it in a dish with Green chutney and tomato sauce.
