This recipe is made up of milk and milk products so, gives us calcium and lots of energy.

Steps

First of all we will boil pasta, take a pan, put on the gas flame add four cup of water.

Then add pasta put one table spoon of oil, boil it upto fifteen minutes where all pasta should be free and becomes cook.

Then sieve it proper and wash in the general water and keep a side.

Starts to chopped spring onions, corrot and capsicum.

After then making white sauce, for that take a pan, put on the gas flame at medium flame and butter cubes then put maida /refined flour then mix well then put milk here, add half glass of water for more dilute.

After than add black pepper and red chilli flakes, then one teaspoon of salt, mix well then, switch off the gas flame.

Then take another pan, put on the gas flame, at medium flame add one and half table spoon of oil after heating, add chopped vegetables, mix well after five minutes of cooking add boiled pasta, paneer then white sauce, mix well and put some chat masalas.

Then mix well and switch off the gas flame and garnishing with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves then serve it.
