  1. 1.5 cupwater
  2. to tastejaggery according
  3. 1 inchgrated ginger
  4. 1 inchgrated turmeric (kacchi haldi)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a pan.

    After a boil,slow down the flame & add grated ginger & turmeric.mix well.

    Stir constantly till a boil comes.

    Now add jaggery.

    Cook on low flame till jaggery dissolves completely

    Switch off the flame & stain with the stainer in a cup.

  7. 7

    Drink hot,best before bed time.
