Steps

Boil water in a pan.

After a boil,slow down the flame & add grated ginger & turmeric.mix well.

Stir constantly till a boil comes.

Now add jaggery.
- 5
Cook on low flame till jaggery dissolves completely
- 6
Switch off the flame & stain with the stainer in a cup.
- 7
Drink hot,best before bed time.
