First of all boil milk add in it 1 spoon vinygar that is milk will fully turned sour. Strain it in normal cloth and wash several times add all milk powder and make smooth dough keep aside for 20 minutes.

Now take a bowl with water add sugar, 1 tea cup milk boil it and shaped chamcham now lid and cook 25 for minuts. Now Grind kaju take a pan with 1 spoon desi ghee on gas add grinded kaju, 1 cup milk powder mix it clearly then ready ur kaju paste. Keep aside for cooling. Minimum 20 minuts

Now cut the cham cham and stuff in it kaju paste. Roll it in dry coconut. Decorate as per your choice as cherry almond etc. Cool it minimum 20 to 30 minutes. And serve it enjoy your Bengali dish cham cham.
