Grind biscuits in a blender to make a fine powder. Mix in coffee powder. Add chocolate syrup and a tbsp butter to it. Mix well if you find the mixture too dry. You can add a little water. Knead it to make a semy soft dough. Once ready keep aside.

Next mix dessicated coconut wit powdered sugar, cardamom powder and remaining butter. Add some milkand mix well. Apply some melted butter on a parchment paper and put the biscuit mixture first, roll in to 1/4 inch thickness with a rolling pin. Try making into a rectangular shape.

Spread filling onto it. Evenly to cover the top and flatedit evenly. Press firmly and rolling it with the help of parchment paper, as tight as u can to make a roll out of it. Once rolled, put it in refrigerator to set for 4 to 5 hours or untill set enough. When ready, remove the paper and cut 1/2inch thick pieces and serve beautiful swiss roll with ice cream.
