Steps

Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and hing and saute, add chopped onion, mix well.and cover and cook for 2- minutes.

Poha:Take a bowl add Poha in a bowl.Add water,wash and drain the excess water.set aside to soak.

Add ginger garlic paste to onion mixture and saute for 1- minutes.add haldipwoder, chilli powder, garam masala,add mung sprouts and salt,mix well and cook for 2- minutes.

Add 2 cups water mix, cover and cook for 10- minutes.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,add hing, chopped green chilli,add chopped onion, mix cover and cook for 2- minutes.

Add salt and sugar and mix well.

Add haldi pwoder, mix well and cook for 1- minutes.

Add Poha and coriander leaves, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Put the missal in serving bowl.top with remaining onion and farsan,put some dahi and garnish with coriander leaves.

Cut the lemon in the side of the missal and serve hot.
