First rinse and soak the rice in enough water for 30 min.

Apply oil in your hand and knife. Cut the raw jackfruit into small cubes, remove the seeds if you don't like

Take a pan add 2 cup water, add turmeric powder, salt, add jackfruit in it. Boil the jackfruit upto 80% cooked.drain it and keep a side

Now take a kadai add 3 tbs ghee heat it on medium flame, then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, let them sizzle, then add bay leave cinnamon stick, black Cardamom,

Now add sliced onion in it saute it till become pink in colour, now add ginger garlic paste. Cook till raw small of ginger garlic flaover goes off

Now add 80% cooked jackfruit in it mix it well. Cook the jackfruit in this masala for 1 min.

Now add shahi biryani masala, salt mix it well and cook it for 1 min

Now add garam masala, curd and mint. Mix it well, cover it and cook for 2 min on slow flame

Now add soaked basmati rice, gentely mix rice in masala, keep in mind rice grain should not be break.

Now add 2.5 cup of water, and slit green chillies, mix well bring it to boil one boil on medium flame, then cover it with lid cook it on slow flame. Occasion stirring.

When rice grains cooked well, switch off the flame, let cool 10 min

Serve hot with veg raita
