Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture increases in volume and becomes pale.

Add the lactose-free cream cheese and beat, then add the lactose-free heavy cream.

Finally, add the gluten-free flour.

Mix everything together again.

Line a 9-inch (22 cm) round cake pan with parchment paper on the bottom and sides. Spread butter between the pan and the parchment paper so the paper sticks well.

Pour in the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 40 minutes, depending on your oven's power.

When the top is golden brown, cover with aluminum foil to prevent burning.

Let the cheesecake cool, then carefully remove it from the pan. Use a plate to flip it out, then flip it again so it's right side up.
