Heat the ghee add maida and besan and cook for 6 to 7 min on low flame.

Take 1 pan add sugar, water, lemon juice and make more then thick syrup.

Take greased pan,pour the sugar syrup, and stretch with spoon for 5 to 7 min. Add the sugar in besan mixture.

Take 2 folk, stretch the sugar and make the threads.

Take 1 greased plate, place the patisa mixture and press it with your fingers.

Sprinkle some fresh black pepper powder, pistachio..and keep it in the fridge for 30 min

Patisa is ready..look at the texture.
