Easy to make Salsa, which you can eat alone or with an accompaniment.

In a bowl, dice up the Mangoes, Tomatoes, Avocado.

Add finely chopped corriander.

Add a tbsp of honey/sugar/molasses and the lemon juice (This will help the avocado retain it's color).

Mix them well gently or toss gently to avoid mashing them.

Cover with cling film and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Serve chilled. ENJOY!!
