Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2large ripe Mangoes
  2. 3medium sized Tomatoes
  3. 1Large ripe Avocado
  4. Finely chopped Coriander
  5. 1 tbspLemon juice
  6. 1tbspHoney/Mollases/sugar

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, dice up the Mangoes, Tomatoes, Avocado.

  2. 2

    Add finely chopped corriander.

  3. 3

    Add a tbsp of honey/sugar/molasses and the lemon juice (This will help the avocado retain it's color).

  4. 4

    Mix them well gently or toss gently to avoid mashing them.

  5. 5

    Cover with cling film and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve chilled. ENJOY!!
