In a mixer Take garlic cloves,mustard seeds & cumin seeds and make it's a paste,,,,then in a large bowl,take 1 cup rice flour,1 cup gram flour,2tsp of corn flour,1/¹/² tsp garlic/mustard/cumin seeds paste & add all the spices which have mention in the ingridients & make a thick batter by adding water

Then dip the sliced bringle into it

In a kadhai,,heat the oil & deep fry the bringles until it turns golden brown colour
