Heat the oven, put a pan in the oven along with one litre milk

When starts boiling, add the vinegar mix with water slowly and low the heat of the oven,

Chhena is formed in the milk, keep stirring when chhena is formed then drain it.

Put the chhena under the water wash it for removing smell of vinegar,

Then squeeze it and rest for five hours,

After that put the chhena in the plate along with one teaspoon refined flour and one teaspoon sugar,

Knead fifteen minutes,

Make a soft ball

Then is divided equally the small balls,

Round it by the hands it's carefully about it there is no crack in the balls. Do all in the same manner. And keep rest.

Sugar syrup Put another pan in the oven add the one cup sugar in the pan also put the four cups of waters, and add the rose water and crushed cardamom

Boil, boil until the sugar is totally smashed in the water then vapour comes out put lime juice.

Then put the all balls in the pan first boil for five minutes in high flame, then cover with the lid. and keep it for ten minutes with lid

Then uncover the lid and rest for five minutes in low flame of the oven

Cool it completely, and serve it.
