Boil kabuli chana with sliced ginger, some salt, cinnamon stick till softened.

After boiled keep aside. Heat the oil in kadhai or cooker add carom seed and let them crackle then add ginger paste with chopped green chilli and saute.

Now add chola masala and saute, add palak paste and tomato paste and saute till oil separate. Now add boiled kabuli chana but not gravy and saute.

Add black salt, some salt if required and add chana gravy and 1 cup of water if required and cook it atleast 10 minutes in kadhai or 2 pressure in cooker.chole is ready serve it.

For bhature: mix all ingredients except oil and make a smooth dough and leave it 1 to 2 hours.

Heat the oil in kadhai and take a one portion of bhatura mixcher and roll over with the help of roller and fry in oil till Golden Brown

Serve hot with chole.
