Goya oil or any oil of your choice

Wash your carrot

Peel off the skin of the carrot
3

Grate the carrots
4

Turn on the heat
5

Pour the grate carrots into a pan
6

Add the oil
7

Keep stirring to avoid it from burning
8

When it starts to form
9

Turn off the heat and allow it to cool
10

Sieve the oil and pour into a air tight container
