Basa Fish Pulao
Steps

Wash the rice till the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for atleast 15 minutes.

Cook the rice till done but not mushy. Keep aside.

Wash the Basa Fish nicely and marinate it with lemon juice, fish masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder, red kashmiri chilli powder and salt.

In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the fish and set aside.

In another pan, heat oil. Add onions, tomatoes, green chillies and curry leaves and cover and cook on low flame till the onions are cooked.

Place the fried fish on the onion tomato bed and again cover and cook on low flame till done.

Add the cooked rice to the fish and gently stir fry for few minutes till the fish and the Masala mix with the rice. Basa Fish Pulao is ready. Serve hot.
