Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise in a deep bowl, then add the lemon juice and stir well.

Add the garlic and spices to the mixture, stirring continuously. Gradually add the vegetable oil and mix the ingredients well.

Add the fresh mushrooms and marinate the chicken breasts with this marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Preheat the oven to medium heat, place the chicken in a baking dish greased with a tablespoon of oil, and bake, turning on all sides until cooked through. Serve the Shish Tawook with fries and garlic sauce.
