Mayo Egg Vegetable Salad

Wash the eggs. Either steam or boil the eggs. Remove the shells. Cut into small pieces and keep aside.

Wash all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces and keep aside.

Steam the baby corns, sweet corns and french beans and allow it to cool.

In a serving bowl, add boiled eggs, all the steamed vegetables, carrot, cucumber, onions, green chillies, tomatoes, veg mayo and salt. Stir the mixture well.

Mayo egg vegetable salad is ready to serve.
