For Mint Dressing:- Mix all the ingredients and blend in a mixer
to make a smooth paste by using little water.Transfer it in bowl and keep aside. - 2
Take a bowl.Add chana, tomato, onion, cucumber,
salt, garam masala, black salt,
Black pepper, red chilli, ginger, pomegranate, green chilli.
Add mint dressing and toss it well. - 3
Healthy chana chaat is ready with mint flavour.
Transfer it to the plate and serve.
