With the help on belan crush the garam masala mix

Heat oil in a cooker

Add tezpatta and masala mix and onion and ginger and chillies now fry it till onions bcm golden brown

Now add the parwal And potatoes and add salt and mix it fry it till it become golden brown and now cover the lid of cooker and cook it for 15minutes

Now aftr 15mnts open tge lid of cooker and add half cup water and mix it and again cover the lid and cook it for 10minutes... And now opn the lid aftr 10minutes and garnish it with coriander ur parwal do pyaza is ready 😊
