Place the pork chops in the roaster and sprinkle as much salt, pepper, and oregano as you like (pork chops love salt and pepper).

Slice the onions and garlic, chop the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, and then place them on top of the pork chops. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Juice the oranges and lemon. In a bowl, combine their juice with the wine, olive oil, and water, and mix well.

Pour the liquid mixture into the roaster, cover it with the lid, and place it in the oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Then, remove the lid and bake for another 30 minutes.
