Method for beet root cutlet : first of all this beet root is boiled upto ten minutes then keep out the outer wall of this.

Then it should be crushed or grated nicely, then boiled potatoes is also grated nicely.

Take a pan put simply chopped onion just for three minutes of cooking and keep out. Then take a bowl put this grated boiled beat and add grated potatoes too.

Add ginger garlic paste and cooked onions, again add salt, chat masala salt and rice flour.

Mix well, then make small cutlet, take a flat tawa put oil, then this cutlet is cooked well and serve with chopped onion, lemon and coriander leaves.

Method for beet root burger : first of all take fresh bun, cut at the middle, onion, tomato should be cut into slices.

Then spread tomato sauce on the surface of bun, put onion and tomato slices over it.

Then put beet root cutlet over it, then grated cheese over it.

After then spread chat masala chopped coriander leaves too then put small amount of tomato sauce.

Then take tawa, put small amount of butter, these bun is cooked on this method butter then spread small amount of white till over it. Then serve it.
