Gather all finely chopped veggies in a plate.

You can use the cooked rice or fresh semicooked rice.it's up to u. I have used semicooked par boiled rice.

Heat a wok on high flame..add oil,finely chopped green chilli ginger garlic onion..cook till raw smell evaporates

Now add finely chopped veggies one by one.cook on high flame.

Add red chilli powder,schezwan sauce,black pepper powder,soya sauce,salt.

Now add semi boiled rice and mix all the ingredients well.

Cook the rice on high flame,sprinkle green spring onion on the top.

For giving a smoky taste,heat charcoal until red place cabbage leaf on the rice.arrange charcoal on the cabbage leaf,sprinkle carom seeds and spoon of ghee on the top..close the lid for 10 min.

Ready to serve fried smoky schezwan rice..
