Bhel puri is prepared with puff rice( Murmura), wheat puris,potato-onion,tangy khajur-imli chutney, spicy green chutney,besan sev .
As the time goes by many new version of it are prepared at khaugallis of Mumbai.
Kachori Bhelpuri is one of new version.. crispy dry moongdal kachori (crushed ) is added in bhelpuri to enhance new flavour to make it more tasty.

Steps

Boil or pressure cook deseeded Khajur, ilmi(tamarind), jaggery together with water. Cool and grind it in mixer jar. Strain and add mentioned spices. Add enough water to make pouring consistency chutney.

Assemble all mentioned ingredients for green chutney in mixer jar and grind to smooth paste, add enough water to make pouring consistency chutney.

Add all mentioned ingredients for garlic chutney in mixer jar and grind it to smooth paste,add enough water to make pouring consistency chutney.

Finely chopped boiled potatoes and onions.

Keep all required ingredients ready for making kachori bhelpuri.

To prepare kachori bhelpuri:In big mixing bowl, add sukha bhel, crushed wheat puris, crushed kachoris,little besan sev to puff rice.

Add boiled potatoes and onions pieces

Add spicy green chutney, tangy khajur-imli chutney and garlic chutney as per taste.Mix well

Serve prepared Kachori Bhelpuri in serving dishes garnishing with finely chopped coriander leaves, grated raw mango,besan sev & channadal (namkeen).
