Palak corn rice is an easy vegetarian healthy rice dish.
Steps

Soak rice in water for 15 minutes.Take 1 Cup plalak make paste and 1 Cup palak chopped it.

Heat oil in pan. Add jeera and all whole spice in oil.

Now Add onion and saute it till turns light brown.

Add ginger-garlic and green chilli powder as
paste. - 5
Add spinach puree, chopped spinach and sweet corn.

Stir it for 2 minutes.

Drain excess water from soaked rice and add into the cooked mixture.

Add 1 and 1/2 cups water and salt.Cover it and Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.

Palak corn rice is ready to serve.
