Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice and rinse.season and boil the chicken fry in vegetable oil.

  2. 2

    Fry fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper all sliced in vegetable oil.add salt,thyme,bayleaves,seasoning,onion and curry add water and the parboiled rice cover and boil untill rice soften.
