Mix all ingredients very well and make a dough which is not very soft as well as not very hard.

Now make small balls from dough.and give them shape as like shown in the pic.afterthat take idli maker.pour some water in it.grease idli moulds and keep all balls in mould.steam it for 12 minutes.

Another method is -
Boil water in a big utensil.keep some balls in it according to space.when the balls come on upper surface of water then take out the balls from the water. It means the baafles ready. - 4
Now heat the tandoor and back the baafles like baati.after that cut it in two piece the bafla.and dip fry in ghee.now baflas ready to eat.serve it with daal,kadhi,chilli tapore,gatte or baingan bharta.I made spicey potato and mix daal.
