I love this bread as it is easy to make and delicious with your braai! This is made on your braai in a cast iron pot. The more sugar the better! #loadshedding

In a mixer with the dough hook (can knead with hands on a table as well) mix white bread flour, yeast and salt. While mixing slowly, add lukewarm water. Knead until the dough bounces back when pressing on it.

Spray & Cook cast iron pot. Pour half the sugar in pot.

Form ball with dough and roll in sugar. Let rise for 30 minutes or double in size.

Pour cream over the dough and sprinkle the other half of sugar over the dough.

Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes without the lid. Bake for a further 15 minutes with a lid or until completely baked. The lid helps that the top does not burn.
