Ingredients

  • 3 cupscassava flour
  • 1 cupGuinea corn flour
  • Beans powder half cup
  • teaspoonBoaboo powder
  • Potash water/white potash
  • Sliced vegetables
  • Pepper powder
  • Fried vegetable oil

Steps

    Mix all the ingredients,excluding the potash

  2. 2

    Add the potash water,gradually-gradually,use ur clean to combine very well

  3. 3

    Put the dough,in side poly bag, mould and use cookies cutter to make different shapes

  4. 4

    Put plain water on fire, when the water boils, pour ur shapes Dan wake.

  5. 5

    Cover and allow it to cook

  6. 6

    When cooks,remove from fire, and immerse into cold water

  7. 7

    Strain it and garnish with veggies

  8. 8

    Add pepper powder including fried oil. Enjoy
